Production downtime costs enterprises $14,056 per minute. When incidents occur at 3 AM, engineers are ripped from sleep to open six different dashboards, manually correlate signals, and execute fixes — a process that takes 1-4 hours. Every major AIOps vendor (PagerDuty, Datadog, BigPanda) stops at Level 3 autonomy: AI recommends, human approves. No production tool achieves fully autonomous self-healing with code evolution.
Built a TypeScript monorepo with 10+ packages implementing two interconnected OODA loops. The Investigation Loop uses Gemini 3's spatial-temporal video understanding to literally watch dashboards, detecting visual anomalies like a human SRE. When operational fixes (rollback, restart, scale) fail, it escalates to the Development Loop which generates targeted code fixes with safety guardrails (edit locking, git versioning, auto-revert). The Intelligence Platform learns patterns from every resolved incident using Gemini 3's 1M token context window.
Level 5 autonomous remediation — detects, investigates, fixes, learns, and regenerates without human intervention. Mean time to detection reduced from 5-15 minutes to under 30 seconds. Mean time to resolution reduced from 1-4 hours to 2-20 minutes. 36,000+ lines of TypeScript across 10+ packages. 40+ REST endpoints with full CRUD operations.
About This Project
ChronosOps is the world's first Self-Regenerating Autonomous Incident Response Platform. It transforms how IT engineering teams respond to production incidents by implementing two interconnected OODA (Observe-Orient-Decide-Act) loops powered by Gemini 3. The Investigation OODA Loop detects anomalies, investigates root causes, and executes escalating remediation from rollback through code evolution. The Development OODA Loop generates complete applications from a single sentence and evolves code when operational fixes fail. ChronosOps achieves Level 5 autonomy — fully autonomous self-healing with code evolution — while every major AIOps vendor remains stuck at Level 3.
